Depending on where you are, you and your team are getting close to or passing the 60 day mark. Based on research, at this point your team is likely starting to burnout or slow down.

The blue line is the team performance with resilience. The red line is team performance without resilience work.

It's not too late to build you and your team back up into the higher level of productivity they hit in the first stages of the crisis.

We shifted to the newsual not knowing if it would be for a few days, weeks or months. Now some companies have shifted to supporting shelter in place through the end of 2020. Others are starting to reopen. Wherever you are in that spectrum, likely the initial plans were built for short term, not for the long haul.

Now is a great time to reassess. What may need to be implemented as a company in order to support all the employees? What support may individuals need? Finding some structure and flexibility in these measures is key for success, will keep efficiency and effectiveness and reduce burnout.
